An average lite build to hardly pick up a Dynamo Roller is Ceylon Pekoe. Ceylon's a 5 foot cream yellow, ivy eyed, baby faced inkling who often carries a pout that her belief in drinking choco-kelpmint smoothies, which she swears should make an inkling taller, still hasn't come true. Always wearing her tentacles down to elbow length and bangs a bit on the long side till they get chopped every few months. Clothing wise, Ceylon deeply loves her Aloha Shirt she got on vacation once at the Mahi-Mahi resort. It was almost love at first sight, a breath of fresh into her life, after mostly wearing polos or buttoned down and cuffed shirts provided by her parents.

Most of her growing up has been getting whatever she wanted or needed even without asking to the point of contentment of her small at home lifestyle. Almost like a princess without the price tag. Thanks to this, Ceylon has grown to be rather childish in her hobbies both to her peers and parent's eyes. However, getting everything meant not looking for anything in terms of life goals. Whatever she strives for end up being short lived. Planning for the future is simply out of the question with the furthest she's ever planned for was to hit the store once new turf weapons were announced. Her current hobby is Turf Wars with a minor in Rank Battles. Due to her play style and lack of team work, rushing and flanking ahead of her team, her rank constantly fluctuates. On a good day, she'll make it to A-. On a bad day, she'll drop down to C+ in a heartbeat. Low compatibility thus far with members rather than poor sportsmanship ethics has Ceylon currently out of official rank matches and plays as a filler for unofficial games.

Her family, formerly four till the eldest moved out when Ceylon was 3, are a well off group residing in Inkolopis who often worries about their daughter. Despite Grey and Yunnan being near workaholics, this trio are happy as a family but often worry for each other as one. Often her parents, will leave job fair posters littering the house as 'encouragement' but Ceylon will end up lying most of the time to try and preserve her comfortable small enclosed world.

During school, Ceylon would find herself feeling inferior, frustrated, and deeply jealous whenever over hearing other's life goals and comradeship. In a way, this made Ceylon believe that they're looking down on her for not having one whenever asked what her life goals were. This caused her to grow distance from the very classmates she used to hang out. Out of frustration, Ceylon would scramble to think up a goal but always lacked the ability to find answers to better herself leading to lying to other parental figures and to herself that future goals weren't needed. Turf Wars has been her means to not think about it anymore or hanging out at the cafes in the main city hub after school.
