Bartholomew stands at about 6'3, his impressive height is accompanied with a bit of a pudgy and stick-like figure. Outside of turf wars, his ink is usually a mix between teal and green, and his 'hair' is usually spiked upwards around the edges facing the back, with the two primary tentacles tied together and atop his chest. While he has a variety of clothes, they are usually accompanied by a long or medium length skirt.
Barlo grew up with his Aunt. He once knew why he wasn't raised by his parents, but that memory is long gone. While he loved his aunt, Bartholomew didn't have much to do when he was left home, as his single guardian had to do a lot of overtime to get by. Thus he was left to his own devices, literally. He started to tinker with household electronics, sometimes, especially in the beginning, he broke them, but other times, the young inkling was able to competently put it back together again. This interest became a hobby, and this hobby became his passion. Along with electronics, Batholomew also became a fan of the various arcade games Inkopolis had in its arcades, the main one being squid jump.
At around his 14th year, his Aunt passed away. This not only meant that he had to support himself now, but also he became very disconnected with the world, as the grief hit him hard and he had no one major for support. He buried himself in his work, trying to blot out all feelings with time spent on repairing turf war weapons and playing arcade games. Eventually, Barlo had to get a second job, but this one was offered to him. At that time, he was the best squid jump player at a local arcade and was given a small amount of sponsorship money to keep playing and drawing in customers. So for a while, his weeks were spent in the workshop, and weekends were spent at an arcade cabinet.
His life went on like this until he was 16, and Bartholomew realized he had amassed enough money to live a little more freely. Yet while he took less jobs, his schedule still remained the same, except now, Batholomew also spends some time in the turf wars. While not too competitive about it, the game gave him something to change things up when the monotony of his life was too much.

Barlo isnt that intense about Turf Wars. He doesn't really have preferred weapon, in fact, he actually just picks a weapon at random each time he starts playing. That being said, he's alright at Turf Wars, but due to how little he cares about winning or losing, he's pretty hit or miss when it comes to his contribution in the games.Past

PERSONALITY
Bartholomew has a cool, melancholic disposition by default, which arose after the death of his aunt. Upon first meeting someone, this attitude of his won't change, and he'll even be a little closed off unless there's a reason he shouldn't be. Upon becoming a little closer with him, Barlo will be slightly more personal with you, and will even crack a sincere smile if you're friends. Overall, he is emotionally stunted and won't be likely to form a friendship unless someone really tries to do so. If you seem interested in his craft, he'll gladly go on for hours about it, or the intricacies of Squid Jump. Even if the enthusiasm isn't in his voice, he'll be excited and grateful you asked him about those two subjects.
