"Oca"
Overview
Oca is an Octoling who hails from Octo Valley. She is around 153 cm tall. She looked more like a normal Octoling despite not wearing goggles, a different hair style, a metallic arm, and a scar over her eye. Her right eye was blind and instead of the normal dark green, her right eye was somehow a fading, lifeless purple shade.
Since the first Inkling she met, aka Cap'n Cuttlefish, ties up his tentacles, she as a kid thought all inklings did that and hence tied her own. Even when she figured out the truth she still kept them in a tail. Her metallic left arm helps her using her left arm, which is so infected she couldn't use it without the metallic part permanently, properly, and underneath the metal are criss-crossed green scars that are so bright her friend once joked about it being capable of lighting up the dark. Under her armour are scars as well.
Oca is a secret agent hired by the Cap'n himself after he saved her while she's little and she swore all her loyalty to him. Her title on being an agent was kept as a secret- even to agents 1,2 and 3. She's used to spy on her own race. if the Octarians were planning on something dirty she'll warn the Cap'n so he could ask the agents to stop the plan. The whole "Great Zapfish was stolen by Octarians" theory by the Cap'n was done with the help on Oca's observations!

Friends
Oca's identity as an Agent is not known to anyone but herself, Cap'n Cuttlefish and the other Secret Agent, Hybro, a Inkling/Octoling hybrid. Oca befriend a lot of Octolings who have fairly high authorities: Ofalk, an Elite who had the highest authority possible, being an Octarian Officer and is very close to Octavio, is her best friend. She had a lot of friends, which, ironically, she prefers to be along at times.
Lovers
Oca do have a lil' crush on SA2, Hybro Dirbyh, an Inkling/Octarian hybrid. At first she refused to admit she had a crush on a 13 year old boy, but she ended up accepting it and confessed her love to Hybro. Yet, their current relationship is more like very good friends than lovers.
Enemies
None. Oca is unexpectedly forgiving. She is willing to befriend everyone even if they wanted to hurt her countless times. She will only be afriad of someone but will never hate anyone. Her heart of hatred is buried long ago...
