Ofalk is an Octopi Octoling, but what makes her different from others is that she's the Elite of the Elites-- she have her very own X-shaped scar, present on Octavio's closest officers. She serves the Octarians with all her might. She called Octavio her "father", since he's the king of the Octarians, and soon she just simply claimed that Octavio IS her father to show her power.
She has two evenly places tentacles on both sides of her forehead, with the left tentacle bearing the green scar. The other two tentacles are long and straight, hanging from her head all the way to her hips, just like Female Inklings. Despite being an Octoling, she somehow has those lime green and purple eyes other Octarians have instead of the Octoling's dark green ones. What's more, her pupils look like a rotated version of the eyes the Squid Sisters have, except instead of a + mark, it's an X mark. She's a bit tan, and average height and weight for a normal Octoling. Despite being an Elite, she neither has pink or black tentacles, making her look more like a normal Octoling from far away. However...She wears a golden version of regular Octoling armour, with special stats.
She's very busy all times-- especially when the Agentskidnapped squid napped her so-called "father", the King. She usually divides her work with the other siblings, but some of them never did their part and she'll do them instead. She is not the oldest within her siblings, but in terms of active governors, she is.

Ofalk is a close sister to all her elite siblings. Despite being busy, she tried to spend time with her siblings and enjoy their childhood s much as possible. She never knew she had siblings until she first met her younger sister, Allopsi. She at first suspect her being a faker but after her dad's official approval she accepted her as a sibling of hers. Then she met Mackarelle, an older sister who usually runs an Octarian TV program instead of working... at least that's what she thinks about her. She later met Octavio Jr, the only known younger brother to her. Octavio Jr hangs around with a trio of Inkling agents but that's a secret not known to Ofalk yet...
Being a bossy elite, she mainly looks down upon other Octarians, except for a few exceptions. Oca, a good friend of hers, is one of them.
