Rythix "Loch Ness" Aramek
General Information: Rythix is an average Inkling in his late teens. Tall, lanky, and tanned are easy ways to identify him. If he isn't known for his participation in many Turf War events, then he's also known as that guy who sometimes does odd jobs around Inkopolis. Gained the moniker 'Loch Ness' for his tendency to appear out of no where and disappear just as quickly. Rythix lost his family at a young age and doesn't have much memory of them, much to his dismay.
Personality: Rythix is rather shy, so getting him to initiate conversation is extremely difficult unless the right topics come up. Despite this, he has no issue playing in Turf War despite the massive amounts of attention that's bound to bring, so one could say he's a bit of a showoff. He never means anything by it, however, as the attention is sometimes a welcome change of pace. Outside of the playing field, however, he easily startles, hates real violence and loud noises, and is plagued by self-confidence issues. If his team happens to lose, he oftentimes blames himself and vanishes for a time, leaving some teams to either feel sorry for him, or hold a grudge as they get the wrong idea and think Rythix looks down on them which certainly is not the case. He just feels like he let them down and doesn't want to bring them down any further.
Interests: Aside from Turf War, Rythix enjoys playing games, mostly arcade games due to his relatively poor lifestyle. His personal favorites are Squid Beatz and Squid Jump. Music is something he always turns to to calm him down, especially anything the Squid Sisters' produce. Again, due to his lifestyle, he can barely afford to buy the albums. Luckily, he's allowed to relax in the shop and jam out to the demos. A secret passion of his is writing, especially epic fantasy stories. He has dozens of drafts hidden in drawers in his apartment, but is rather ashamed of them and is quick to fluster if they're brought up. He genuinely seems interested in helping people, so he's often found doing volunteer or part-time work, including cleaning up after Turf War.
