Lyra slumped down on a bench, utterly defeated. If there was one place that should have had the perfect dress she thought bitterly It would have been Arowana Mall. But I just can't find anything! Lyra had been looking for the perfect outfit to wear at Splatfest. Not while she was battling, of course, but as she was dancing to her favourite song on the best team. Later that evening it would be Barbarian vs Ninja, and it would be the second splatfest where she was on Team Ninja. Every splatfest she liked to buy the perfect dress, but this time she just couldn't find one that was blue and represented what the humans called 'Japan'.
"Oh well, there's always next time," she sighed. At least she still had tons of other dresses. |

Kate was wandering down the street when she heard someone talking. She poked her head round the corner and saw a fashion dressed Inkling. Kate went up behind the figure and said "You have a thing for style" Kate looked at Lyra like it was the radio saying that there was a new dating program. Lyra looked at Kate like she had just heard a call. "I have a thing for style too, wanna hang out with me or what ............. I love to go clothes shopping, how about we go and get some new clothes and get to know each other". "........Come on" Kate pulled Lyra into 'Jelly Fresh' and showed her all the new clothes that she hadn't seen before. Kate pointed to a black jacket called the 'Black Inky Rider' "What do you think,........ Think I should get it???".

It was always a lot of fun to come and idle here when she wasn't busy. A quick flip of the sign to show she was out, a few notes to make sure she didn't forget exactly what she was doing, and maybe a quick stop at the cafe to grab a caramel bubble tea..
With that in hand, Carmilla stepped inside the ever-popular clothes store, expertly navigating through the crowd to see what was on display today. It was always best to pick up pieces directly from the source for her work, anyways -- the fancy clothes always ended up being marked up elsewhere.
A brief chatter from a few squids nearby made her stop and glance over her shoulder, eyes wandering up the fancy jacket in question. It was definitely a nice look, especially with the right colors.
"It's a nice piece, but it might dent your wallet," Carmilla commented, honestly hoping she wasn't intruding too bad. "But if you really like chucking bombs while you look fresh, it might work out for you!"

Stunned by the sudden rush of events, Lyra stood quite speechless. She snapped out of it quickly, though, and bluntly stated:
"It's nice, but I'm more of a girly type. Not to be offensive or anything, though. Are there any good dresses in this shop? You see, I'm in a bit of a pickle, and I would be most grateful if you could help me."
