He is mainly pale blue in color with many darker patches on his skin. His hair is mostly like a mohawk (like a sunfish's dorsal fin), and his ears are large and pointed. Due to being a sunfish, his body is very frail and delicate. Because of that, and a childhood accident, he can no longer use his legs and is in near constant pain. Molidae uses a wheelchair to get around, attaching a roller onto the back of it to participate in battles. Since he has no ability to produce ink, Molidae has a special setup on his wheelchair that helps him to suck up ink as he rolls. Although he cannot hide in ink, his fighting style doesn't need him too. He has also learned to use gun-like weapons with a single hand in order to keep his wheelchair moving with the other. On the outside, he is a cheerful, mischievous and thrill seeking kid, but inside he fears not being accepted by others due to his condition, and the constant fear of death hanging over his head. As long as they are kind to him and do not look down on him, Molidae makes friends with others easily. However, he can be quick to pick fights and argue. Illness Being a sunfish means Molidae feels pain from the simplest of touches or pressure, even from sitting in his own wheelchair. Despite the dangers of battling, he continues to do it because he does not want his life to be limited due to his condition. He coughs a lot, and sometimes has breathing problems, but denies help from almost everyone who offers, unless they are truly close to him. He also often displays symptoms of his parasite infestation, including stomach pain, dehydration, and vomiting. |

[nospaces] revisions needed your application needs some edits First of all I'm totally IN LOVE with this character ;0; His application looks great! There are just a few things that'll need adjusting before he can be approved. [break] • Unfortunately, it'd be difficult for him to participate in Turf War and things of the like because he's a sunfish and not an Inkling or Octoling. There are too many Inkling/Octoling specific qualities in Turf Wars for another type of creature to participate, such as splatting, swimming in ink, etc etc, so that bit'll have to be revised ;; Sorry about that! • The rest of his application is perfect, but a couple of edits are needed on his account. It needs to be sorted into the 'Nomad' group, which can be done if you go to his profile, then click on the 'Groups' tab, then click the 'join this group' link under the nomads section. Additionally, he'll need to have a link to his application and the 'Authored by' section filled out. • That's all! Everything else is good to go! |

I sorted him into the nomad group, and I did expand a little on how he has an apparatus attached to his wheelchair that helps him suck up ink for turf wars, and that even though he cannot hide in ink his fighting style doesn't need that. Is that okay? Let me know if I need to revise more!

Just a couple of other things'll need to be edited: [break] • He'll need a link to his application in his account, which you can add by clicking 'Edit Profile' on his profile page and going into the 'Personal' tab. You'll also want to fill out the 'Authored by' bit! After that, his account'll be good to go! • As far as letting him participate in turf wars goes, I think it's fine if he doesn't need to hide in ink and such, since it's not really essential to turf wars, but things like being able to be splatted/respawn are unfortunately pretty core aspects of the game, so I'm not sure how he'd work around that since he's not an ink-based creature like Inklings and Octolings. I'm open to hearing ideas on how to make that work, though, if you happen to have any! Sorry about all this ;0; |
