Rythix is a young Inkling standing at about 6'0" tall with a thin, lanky body type. Oftentimes his skin is a slightly tanned color and seems to prefer dark purple for his ink and eye color. He lives by himself in a simple apartment in Inkopolis, conveniently close to the square. He makes a living doing odd jobs for Booyah Base along with whatever winnings he happens to earn while playing Turf Wars. Being rather decent at the game, he earned the moniker of Loch Ness due to his elusive and devious style, often moving in quick and careful patterns to get the drop on the enemy team. He hasn't had the easiest life as he lost both of his parents at a young age due to a flood occurring where he used to live. This alone would be enough to scar a young Inkling for life, but the orphanage he was sent to didn't have the most accommodating staff. They were strict, expected order, and for the children to keep their opinions to themself. The other children often teased him for his bizarre name, which really didn't help his self-confidence. Ironically, this alienation led him to his signature style during Turf War. He was used to being out of sight or ignored and even bought an entire wardrobe of camouflage clothing for several types of locales, like a steel-grey hoodie with a metal plating design on the fabric for urban areas. Despite the difficult life, he managed to make a living playing Turf Wars and doing random odd jobs around Inkopolis, including helping Khyran clean up after Turf War. His self-confidence could still use some work, but with enough effort and maybe some friends, he can finally break out of his shell.
