Levi comes up around an average height for an inkling at 5 feet and 7 inches. His build is on the slim side and while he's not toned, the amount of skating he does constitutes towards his physically fit body, which carries a light complexion. He has a reputation in his gang for being one of the fastest in skating, running, and swimming through ink. Apart from this, Levi appears to look like any typical male inkling, tentacles tied up included. His tentacles usually carry a lilac color with light blue at the tips and a deep orange color in his eyes.

Levi normally wears a Golf Visor, Orange Lo-Tops, and the Layered Anchor LS clothing. He also wears a black armband with a red racing stripe on it as a symbol of his gang membership. In Ranked Battles, Levi picks up the Rapid Blaster Pro Deco and in Normal Battles, he wields the Forge Splattershot Pro. Outside of Turf Wars, Levi is nearly always wearing roller blades, as skating is his preferred method of transportation.
Ever since he could walk, Levi has been using his own two feet to get wherever he needed to. He picked up skating after his older sister and never looked back. He skated everywhere he could go and eventually became pretty good at it. He hit the Turf War scene when he came of age, but always wanted to paint outside of the arena. That's when he was introduced to the Redliners; a gang of inklings who were known for two things: being the fastest skaters (both on the board and on the roller skate) this side of Inkopolis and tagging turf in Inkopolis through graffiti. They offered to take him in as one of their own and Levi took it without hesitation. Donning the arm band of the gang, he cruises through the streets of Inkopolis, leaving graffiti in his wake and tackling rival gangs wherever they surface while also frequenting the Turf Wars, both Normal and Ranked. His current rank is B.

Levi's family consists of his mother and father (who he warmly refers to as "Ma" and "Pops"), his twin sister Summer, and his older sister Junie, who got him into skating and turf wars in the first place. She is also part of the Redliners and oversaw his initiation into the gang.
