Seemed like there was nothing going on inside the ice cream shop.
Were they still open?
Was Kal too late to get a sweet, frosty dessert??
Hopefully not, they really wanted a milkshake.
"Hello?" Kal opened up the door and poked their head into the, admittedly adorable, shop. "You guys are still open, right?"

"I think Casimir went home." Aria spoke, still thinking about the suspicious blotches "I thought those disappeared after a match." She thought to herself.
Aria's pointed ears perked up at the sound of new customer and smiled.
"Welcome to ISea Cream! What can I get for you today?"

Or rather, nicecream.
Walking up to the counter, Kal took a quick glance at the menu. Although they had originally wanted a milkshake, all the other choices were wavering their goal.
"Dang...so many choices, so little money...I'll just have a milkshake. Gotta test the waters before I get something too extravagant and fancy."

Charlotte sat at a lone table looking out the window not even realizing the inkling that had just walked in. She took a sip of her drink enjoying the sunset, but something lingered in her mind. She looked at Aria serving an inkling, then she looked away rubbing at the spots where the blood splatters were.

"Coming right up!" As she prepared the milkshake, Aria caught Charlotte violently rubbing at her neck.
"Are you alright over there?" She asked and handed the Inkling in front of her the milkshake.
"That'll be 60 coins please!"

60? That wasn't half bad.
Kal dug around in their pocket for a few moments before pulling out a few coins.
"30....40...60! Here you are, miss!"
The shake looked delicious, and one sip confirmed that.
"Daaaaang...if all your icecream tastes as good as this, I'm gonna have to come here more often!" Kal grinned before turning heel and prepping to leave.
That is, until they saw the inkling in the corner.
Was that blood?
...It couldn't have been blood.
......It looked like blood.
.........It was blood.
Oh god, did they just make eye contact??
"...Welp, I'm out! Later! Have a good day, miss!"
And with that, Kal absconded.

Charlotte sighed deeply as the teal inkling quickly left the shop after making eye contact. "thanks again Aria." Charlotte said putting a few coins in the tip jar before leaving the shop and walking back to the DaggerTooth district.

It was a hot day today at Inkopolis. The sun was beating down on everyone's heads like a giant killer wail. As such, after a few rounds of turf war Casimir was dying for something cold.
"..."
Casimir stared at the handle to the door of iSEA CREAM, then back to his arms which were too noodley from the heat to open the door.
Being part Leviathan, he could technically eat his way through the glass door, but he wasn't that hungry.
Casimir pressed his forehead on the glass door, thinking of a way to open it without the use of his arms.
(FWUMP)
Casimir found himself face down on the cool tiled floor of iSEA CREAM.
"... Who puts a handle on a push door?"
Instead of getting up, Casimir opted to shift into squid form and just lie on the refreshingly cold tiles.

Charlotte had a few good rounds of Ranked battles, and now she was dying for another one of those inkberry smoothies! so she walked over to Isea-cream and opened the door. The cool breeze of the shop's air conditioning was so satisfying, so she almost didn't notice the blue squid on the floor that she was about to step on! Charlotte quickly took a giant leap to get over the squid but ending up falling onto her butt. "ow…" she mumbled, getting up from the ice cold floors and walking over to the counter to order an Inkberry shake.

It was a new day at iSEA Cream, and it was quite the scorcher outside; perfect weather for ice cream.
She was cleaning the glass cups when she heard the door open and a loud thump. Confused, Aria looked over the counter to see a blue squid laying on the tile and a disoriented Charlotte leaning on the counter for support.
"Uh, are you guys alright?" She asked the pair, already preparing Charlotte her usual. "I can turn up the AC if you need me to?"

Charlotte shifted slightly to the side so that the girl hopping over the counter couldn't kick her in the back of the head. "no thanks I'm already getting my drink." Charlotte said with a deadly cute smile, still watching Aria prepare her nice cold drink.
