Appearance-wise, Chihiro's kind of... odd. The first thing other Inklings usually notice about her is that she's short. Like, REALLY short. The top of her head only comes up to a normal-sized Inkling's chin. the second thing being her weight. She's very chubby, although she doesn't seem ashamed of that. Her usual attire is a somewhat worn Forge Octarian Jacket, Short Beanie, and Purple Sea Slugs. She wears jean shorts rather than the usual shorts, due to it being difficult to find those black shorts most inklings wear in her size.  Her tentacles are unusually long, the two side tentacles actually have to be kept up in those odangos due to their length. If they are left down, they drag on the floor. The four in the back are also abnormally long, reaching her ankles. Her default ink color is cyan, and she's blue-eyed.

Sooo, in a nutshell, Chihiro's adorable... unfortunately she's also a tiny little ball of rage.

She's an only child and a latchkey kid. Her parents work most of the time, so she's lucky if she sees them more than once a month. But when they are around, she appears to have a good relationship with them. When they are not around, she spends nearly all her time in turf wars so she won't have to go back to an empty house by herself. Unfortunately, the isolation from before she was old enough to fight has given her quite an aggression problem.

In spite of this, Chihiro is capable of making friends. However, it is difficult given that most interactions with her tend to become confrontational very quickly. If one DOES manage to befriend her though, she's very loyal and protective to them. She will do her level best to destroy anyone who messes with those she cares about.

Her fear of seagulls comes from an incident when she was a baby. One tried to snatch her out of her stroller, badly injuring her before her mother managed to save her. This is also the reason why she's almost never seen hatless. the back of her head is heavily scarred.
