Jian carries a large shield with her similar to the same used by Shielded Octotroopers, only made to be used in battle on foot rather than with a mobile platform. She also wears the typical wear of octoling soldiers, but has more armor plating on the body and limbs of the outfit. This makes her more resilient to attacks without impairing her freedom of movement, though the bulk of the heavy equipment makes her a little slower than regular soldiers in regular attire. Her weapon consists of an Octo-blaster that functions similarly to the Blasters used by Inklings and her sub-weapon consists of the usual Splat-Bomb utilized by Octolings.
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
- Physical Description: Jian stands at a height of 6 feet and 3 inches. As an elite octoling, her tentacles carry a black color. Her "bangs" are composed of two tentacles, parted in the middle and going down with them reaching to her neck. The two back tentacles are tied together in a waist-length pony tail. Seaweed is used to keep them tied, as to further show her elite status. Her eyes are green with the typical purple features around them. Her physique could be best described as "in good shape"; a lean body with a noticeable muscle tone with the same complexion most elite octolings have.
- Brief History: Jian was trained and conditioned from childhood to become a soldier in the Octarian Militia. While her course manners set her as hard to approach, she showed promise as a strong soldier and worked her way through the ranks as she developed her physical talents. She now stands with the Elite ranked soldiers as an octoling shield trooper.
