Jackson is a young squid of age 15 and average height with brown skin and eyes a similar hue. He enjoys Turf War (though he's not the best at it) and has good aim with his primary weapon of choice; the New Squiffer. In battle, his usual plan is to get to the middle area with haste and take out opponents so his teammates can forge ahead. When his strategy works, it's hard for the opposition to bounce back and usually results in a win for his side. If it backfires though, he'll instead spend time charging up his special as a failsafe for the last minutes of a match.
Jackson lives with his Mom and Dad in a peaceful part of Inkopolis near several local shops. His Dad travels a lot, so he doesn't see him much. When he's not doing schoolwork, hanging with friends, or playing Turf War, he can be seen at local cafés, eating while reading and/or listening to music. If you don't know him that well, you might describe him as passive or cheery. In actuality, he keeps his negative emotions to himself and the only thing that seems to bring out the worst in him is when something goes wrong for him just one time too much. It's not often he gets frustrated like this, but when he does he can get severely angry, cynical, and downright awful until his mood lifts. He hates it when this happens, and it's not a stretch to say it's what makes him so darn shy. He'd hate to blow up and ruin someone else's day so he keeps his distance until he gets a bearing on a person and knows he can comfortably talk to them.
