Only standing at 5'4", Cato is a very small, physically weaker Inking, as he hatched/was born early. However, his shorter stature allows him to be quicker whilst moving. Besides his two large tentacles that are tied on the back of his head, he also has two smaller, "arrow-like" ones on the sides of his face, that normally go in front of his ears. On his left ear, he also has a diamond-shaped earring. This earring changes with his ink color, as does the nail polish on his nails. While most Inklings have four smaller tentacles behind their head, he only has two larger ones. His "mask" is pointed on the tips and sides, looking more like sideways diamonds than ovals. Lastly, on the sides of each of his fangs, he has two tiny ones.Main gear:

Cato is sweet, kind, and always willing to assist. He hates to get angry at others, and will take any excuse not to. If anything, he usually ends up assuming things are his fault (which they normally are not). As he does not want to be seen as fiendish, Cato always makes sure to not say anything harmful (even swears!) and takes the blame. In battle, he never really spats anyone (except for when in ranked and/or using the E-liter), Cato normally just flings splat bombs and swims away. Outside of battles, he dislikes unnecessary fighting, and tries to resolve it.
Another important thing is that Cato LOVES strategy- mostly the kind centered around battle- and is actually a very decent strategist. The only problem is that he is very anxious about his ideas and doesn't talk about them in fear that his teammates would ignore or belittle him.
