Leviathan I've seen more than you have seen positive traits • Jolly • Everyones grandpa • Helps where he can • Has amazing stories to tell • Pretty adorable
negative traits • Part of a dying species • Secretive • Heavily judges those who are violent • Can be a bit of a grump • Can and will defend himself. i've witnessed nations rise and fall what they like ✔ Fish ✔ Swimming ✔ Watching Turf Wars ✔ Exploring Inkopolis and Octo Valley ✔ Meeting new people what they dislike ✘ Wars ✘ Violence ✘ Sour foods ✘ Making close bonds ✘ Not being able to be in Turf Wars CHARACTER DESCRIPTION Leviathan's humanoid form is a stark difference to what you'd see on the streets of Inkopolis. While in humanoid form, Levi looks almost like a dwarven pirate; short, stout, and clad in very old, vaguely Victorian, clothes. It's actually amazing that his clothes aren't completely worn out by now, though there are a few tell-tale signs of age. For example, did you know that his dress shirt used to be pure white and not dull yellow?Aside from his "odd" outfit, Leviathan has a few other odd features. Reptilian eyes, shark-like teeth, and well kept hair being some of them. What's his other form look like, you may ask? Pray to god you never see it. Spoiler Alert: It's just a giant snake with finsHistory Leviathan....doesn't remember much. Being at least 3000 years old, it makes sense that he wouldn't be able to remember the finer details of his extensive life. Well, he doesn't remember the important details. He can list off all his favourite places to get food in an ancient city, but don't expect him to know where he was the day that a great king was assassinated. Despite his lack of "interesting" facts, Levi still has tonnes and tonnes of stories to tell. Stories of castles and great nations, of emperors and revolution! One of his favourite stories where three different people were all considered a really, /really/ important person by accident. Although he'd never admit it, his earlier travels weren't for fun. Leviathans are a dying species, after all. Do you want to hear stories about it? |

The profile itself looks good, though, though don't forget to list his species and age (even though he's a leviathan and very, very old.) • You've got the appearance down pat, but please give me a little more on his history. I know he's a very old being, but can I have a general idea of the sorts of things he's seen and been involved with throughout his life, and how he ended up wandering around Inkopolis from time to time? You don't have to write much, but I'd love a general idea of the sorts of places he's been and the motivations he's got! • The biggest thing I'd say to bear in mind is the idea of roleplaying an all powerful, near-deity type being may not fit well within the site canon. It's an awesome idea to play a character like that, but for the purposes of Ink'd, I think I'd like to see his sense of power and godlike status toned down. Perhaps his species, a sea leviathan/sea beast, is a particularly rare and long-lived race of being? Lessening the "god" factor and heightening his long-lived, rare and dying-out species might be more interesting to play with, and more fitting for Ink'd as a setting. |
